Armin van Buuren’s weekly radio show “A State Of Trance” has been going strong for almost a decade now, with over 10 million listeners every week, broadcasting on more than 40 radio stations worldwide in 26 countries, the show has remarkably grown out to be the most popular radio show in today’s dance scene.  In 2009 “A State Of Trance” celebrated her 400th broadcast with an unforgettable series of events. Armin took a whole crew and a selection of Artists on tour, travelling to three countries in three days, broadcasting for 72 hours in a row, including three live video/radio streams on location. At the end of the transmission, the only question left was… How to top this next year with “A State Of Trance” 450? One year later, we have the answer to this question!

With less than 4 months left till the 450th episode of “A State Of Trance”, we are proud to announce that ‘ASOT 450’ will be a fantastic event again. Besides following Armin and his special guests travelling two Continents, visiting 4 countries for 5 club nights, the listeners will have the chance again to tune in to live audio and video streams, to make sure that no one will miss out this celebration of music.

Episode 450 of “A State Of Trance” will kick off on Thursday, April 1st in Toronto, Canada in the iconic Club The Guvernment. From there we continue our journey through Northern America by presenting two night shows on 2nd and 3rd of April, in New York City’s favorite music venue, Roseland Ballroom.

If you think that will settle as celebration, you are wrong! After the events in Toronto and New York it is time to continue the birthday of “A State Of Trance” in Europe. The 4th broadcast will air live from Queen of the cities, Bratislava on Friday April 9th followed by the official closing of “A State Of Trance 450” on Saturday April 10th in one of Poland’s graceful venues, the Centennial Hall in Wroclaw.

Armin van Buuren: “Everything I do as an artist, DJ, producer and label manager comes together in my weekly radio show “A State Of Trance”. He concludes, “I owe the success of the radio show to my fans, and I want to thank them for that, therefore, within the nine years history of show, the annual celebration of completed episodes has become a tradition”.

This year, we decided to really expand the international characteristic of “A State Of Trance”. The successful Introduction of 3 events in 3 countries, and the live video streaming of previous year gets topped by 5 incredible shows from 4 different countries in 2010, crossing the ocean for the very first time.

I recall that Armin van Buuren appeared in the top in 2001 immediately to 27th place. In 2002 he up to 5th position, the next three years, he stayed on the third line, in 2006 won second place and finally in 2007 received a long-awaited first place! And in 2008 Armin confirms the achieved result! And now he №1 AGAIN!! We also want to inform that Armin take the first place in Tranceaddict Top 250 and he is in the top ten most-played musicians on the radio!

Armin van Buuren presented new album “Universal Religion: Chapter 4“. The first album from «Universal Religion» series appeared and became popular in early 2004. Each edition - is a LIVE-recording from the epicenter of summer dance: Club Amnesia in Ibiza. Each summer, Armin to become a resident of this famous club and gave excellent music to all dance music lovers from around the world. All these awesome moments of bliss trance Armin van Buuren fixes in «Universal Religion».

The «Universal Religion 4» is filled with exclusive tracks and remixes. It’s been a hard year for DJ Armin van Buuren. A lot of concerts, location up his own Armin Only show, prolonging his number one position in DJ Mag’s Top 100 of 2008, providing more than 30 million permanent fans with his weekly radioshow “A State of Trance“, releasing his third trance album ‘Imagine’ and last but not slightest, booming into the charts with the fifth text of the, A State of Trance chain. You might think it’s time for an interrupt, but no. Armin van Buuren is still on the go.

Armin’s much favoured A State of Trance mix album series continues its musical journey with the sixth record already. A State of Trance 2009 is Armin’s unique selection of exclusive, unreleased tracks, new remixes and most popular trance tracks, all licensed with the signature ASOT sound. A State of Trance 2009 also means the revenue of Armin’s Gaia moniker. With a brand new track, ‘Tuvan’, Armin lastly twisted a chase-up to the legendary ‘4 Elements’. April 16, Armin Van Buuren starts the celebration of ASOT 400 episode of it great trance radio show “A State of Trance“. This year’s celebration will be charming place in three different countries over the course of 72 hours!

Here Start!!! ASOT 400 -  Day 1: LIVE from Club Butan, Wuppertal (DE) - A State of  Trance 400 Celebration with Armin Van Buuren [April 16 2009]…

Amsterdam, February 13th 2009 – The award-winning, weekly radioshow of Armin van Buuren is approaching its 400th transmission. Within eight years , the radioshow has grown out to be an understanding in today’s Dance scene and now has over 30 million listeners worldwide. This 400th edition will definitely be celebrated on a large scale. Listeners and fans will be able to experience the show for 72 hours, live from 3 different countries. The first broadcast will air live from Club Butan in Germany on Thursday April 16th, the second on Friday April 17th from Club Air in Birmingham, U.K., and the third and last one will be closed down in style on Saturday April 18th in one of Holland’s most refined clubs; The Maassilo in Rotterdam! Armin will personally appear at all locations thanks to the SEAT VIP service.
